How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy! Click the "Start Free Trial" button on our homepage, enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account. No credit card is required for the free trial.

What's included in the free trial?

Your 7-day free trial includes full access to all premium features, including all video lessons, interactive games, worksheets, audiobooks, and progress tracking. You can explore everything we offer without any limitations.

Do I need to download anything?

No downloads required! Qalam Academy works entirely in your web browser. However, we do offer mobile apps for iOS and Android if you prefer to learn on the go. You can access your account from any device.

What level should I start at?

We recommend starting with our placement test, which will assess your current Farsi (فارسی) language level and suggest the appropriate starting point. You can also browse our course catalog and start with any level that feels comfortable to you.

Account Management

How do I change my password?

To change your password, log into your account and go to Settings > Security. Click on "Change Password" and enter your current password followed by your new password. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Can I use my account on multiple devices?

Yes! Your Qalam Academy account can be accessed from any device - desktop, tablet, or mobile. Your progress is automatically synced across all devices, so you can seamlessly continue learning wherever you are.

How do I update my profile information?

You can update your profile information by going to Settings > Profile. Here you can change your name, email address, profile picture, and other personal information. Changes are saved automatically.

Billing & Payments

How much does a subscription cost?

We offer flexible pricing plans to suit different needs. Our monthly plan is $19.99/month, and our annual plan is $199/year (saving you 17%). Both plans include full access to all features and content. Check our pricing page for current promotions.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all premium features until then. To cancel, go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact our support team for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Videos are not loading. What should I do?

Qalam Academy works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience. Mobile browsers are also supported for on-the-go learning.

My progress is not saving. How do I fix this?

Make sure you're logged into your account. Progress is automatically saved, but if you're experiencing issues, try logging out and logging back in. Also, ensure cookies are enabled in your browser settings. If the problem persists, contact support.
